Overview We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Cleaner to join our dynamic team.

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals Handle chemical agents safely by following all chemical handling safety procedures and protocols Operate floor buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, and other custodial equipment to maintain floors in pristine condition Conduct sanitation tasks including trash removal, disinfecting surfaces, and restocking supplies to ensure hygiene standards are met Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and general upkeep to support overall building safety and appearance Follow safe lifting practices when moving heavy furniture or equipment to prevent injury during manual handling activities Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, safety checks, and supply inventory to ensure compliance with safety protocols Qualifications Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of custodial procedures Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to floor care, buffing, and sanitation processes Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely while adhering to chemical handling safety procedures Experience operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and scrubbers Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely throughout the shift Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Strong communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset for interacting professionally with staff and visitors Join us in creating clean, safe environments that foster productivity and well-being!
