Duties Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure homes are spotless and hygienic. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Clean floors thoroughly using appropriate floor care techniques such as sweeping, mopping, or polishing to enhance appearance and safety. Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely while following proper handling procedures. Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all cleaning equipment is properly used and stored. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences or special requests, ensuring customer satisfaction. Adhere to health and safety regulations related to janitorial practices, sanitation standards, and outdoor work environments when applicable. Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated timeframes without compromising quality. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles with a focus on detailed surface cleaning and sanitation procedures. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and the use of various cleaning detergents and equipment.
