OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

: This position will be responsible for the cleaning of a school building in the West Point area. Quality assurance, maintaining overhead costs, and ensuring high customer service standards are the major tasks associated with this position.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

: Floor Care (knowledge of scrubbers or auto-buffers a plus) Cleaning of restrooms Window cleaning Removing of trash and recyclables Vacuuming & Dusting Possible snow removal

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL / ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT

Works as part of a team to ensure the requirements of the contract are fulfilled Additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES

: Previous custodial or janitorial experience Strong organization skills with accurate attention to detail Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi- task Good customer service skills Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to function as part of a cohesive team

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

: Previous cleaning experience required

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS
