Responsibilities include thorough sanitation of facility. Clean and sanitize production areas and equipment. Maintain proper sanitary conditions to include cleaning and sanitizing of all work surfaces, utensils, and equipment. Conform to all relevant USDA standards as they apply to the position. Fill in positions and areas as necessary. Follows company Good Manufacturing Practice program to produce safe, quality food. Performs various other production duties as assigned by management. Work Environment Must be able to work effectively in refrigerated/cooler environment.
