The right candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for both customers and employees across our dealership. Responsibilities Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces throughout the dealership including restrooms, counters, kitchens, and doors daily Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all flooring throughout the facility Restock paper products, air fresheners, toilet seat barriers, and kitchen condiments throughout the day Maintain cleanliness of customer lounge, kids' lounge, employee breakroom, and all office areas Properly store, handle, and dispose of cleaning chemicals in compliance with safety regulations Report potential hazards or safety concerns to management promptly Respond to emergencies requiring cleanup as needed Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications High attention to detail and strong work ethic Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to multi-task while maintaining professionalism in a customer-facing environment Ability to lift 50 lbs or greater Must be able to work flexible hours based on business needs Prior janitorial or custodial experience a plus Clean Driving Record Must be 18+years of age for insurance purposes We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
