Job Description
Job Overview WOW Painting & Contracting LLC is looking for a hardworking and dependable Power Washing Technician to join our team. We provide professional exterior cleaning services for commercial, industrial, residential, warehouses, factories, apartment complexes, and retail properties. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants to be part of a team that values reliability and professionalism. Responsibilities Perform commercial, industrial, and residential power washing. Clean buildings, sidewalks, parking garages, warehouses, factories, and other exterior surfaces. Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently. Load, unload, and maintain equipment and company vehicles. Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE. Work independently and as part of a crew. Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers. Assist with other job site tasks as needed. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Ability to safely drive a truck while towing a trailer and confidently back a trailer into job sites. Previous power washing or construction experience is a plus but not required —we will train the right person. Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation to and from work. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Able to work at heights when required.
