Job Duties Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms throughout the facility.

Maintain breakrooms, cafeterias, and common areas between employee shifts.

Empty trash and recycling containers throughout offices and production areas.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors in designated workspaces.

Respond to spills and housekeeping requests in a timely manner.

Monitor cleaning supply inventory and submit reorder requests as needed.

Follow all safety procedures, chemical handling guidelines, and PPE requirements.

Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace for employees and visitors. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to safely use common cleaning equipment, tools, and cleaning products.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and workplace safety.

Ability to work independently while following cleaning schedules and established procedures.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Dependable work habits and a commitment to maintaining clean, professional facilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or commercial facility is a plus.

Experience operating floor care equipment, buffers, scrubbers, or other custodial equipment is beneficial.

Knowledge of proper cleaning chemical usage, sanitation procedures, and workplace safety practices is considered an asset.

Individuals who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and pride in their work are well positioned for success as a Janitorial Associate. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to lift cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Ability to safely push, pull, and maneuver cleaning carts and equipment.
