This role involves performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a welcoming and well-kept environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both routine cleaning duties and specialized outdoor maintenance, contributing to the overall beautification and safety of the premises. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to keep indoor areas tidy and sanitary. Pressure wash building exteriors, walkways, and other surfaces to remove dirt and grime effectively. Pick up trash throughout the property to maintain cleanliness and prevent littering. Beautify the property by performing landscaping tasks such as tree trimming and other outdoor enhancements. Conduct snow removal during winter months to ensure safe access for visitors and staff. Clean gutters to prevent blockages and water damage. Assist with various maintenance tasks as needed to uphold the property's appearance and safety standards. Skills Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and safety. Ability to operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively. Basic knowledge of outdoor maintenance, including snow removal, gutter cleaning, and tree trimming. Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks such as lifting, bending, and prolonged standing. Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize daily tasks efficiently. Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high standards of property upkeep. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions.
