What You'll Be Doing Transforming homes into fresh, clean, reset spaces our clients love walking into Following our proven cleaning systems and checklists Paying attention to details—the little things matter here Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other parts of the home Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness Treating every client's home with professionalism, care, and respect Working efficiently while maintaining quality standards Working independently or as part of a team depending on the day's schedule We're looking for someone who: Is dependable and takes attendance seriously Has reliable transportation Takes pride in their work—even when no one is watching Notices details and doesn't need to be reminded about the little things Is comfortable with physical, hands-on work Can lift, bend, squat, reach, kneel, and stay active throughout the day Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn Takes direction and is coachable Enjoys staying busy and getting things done Treats clients, homes, coworkers, and company property with respect We can teach cleaning skills.
