• Tuesday) Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position Overview The Custodian is responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and professional appearance of the assigned facilities.

Duties 1. Clean restrooms and work areas. 2. Clean floors to include sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors, using brooms and mops and powered scrubbing and waxing machines. 3. Apply cleaning solvents to clean rooms or work areas; moving or lifting objects to do so. 4. Pick up trash, empty wastebaskets, and empty and clean ashtrays, transport trash and waste to disposal area. 5. Wash windows and sills, door panels, walls, ceiling, and woodwork. 6. Stock and organize coolers. 7. Answer and direct customer or public inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary. 8. Expected to take initiative to immediately clean or correct problem areas. 9. Other duties as may be assigned. Qualifications

• Ability to understand the proper use of clearing solutions and apply them proficiently.
• Obtain a basic knowledge of cleaning machines and tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow detailed instructions.

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
