Janitorial / Custodial Worker The DPI Group - 3.2 Eugene, OR Job Details Temp-to-hire $18.50 - $21.00 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description DPI Staffing is hiring qualified applicants to work for our client in Eugene as a Janitorial / Custodial Worker. This position offers a 4/10 schedule. Performs a variety of skilled custodial and routine minor building maintenance work to support the cleanliness, appearance, safety, and upkeep of assigned facilities; performs related duties as assigned. Wages/Schedule Wage Range $18.50 to $21.00 DOE and Shift 10-hour shifts 4 days a week Sun to Wed and Wed to Sat Day shift 07:00 to 17:30 Night Shift 17:00 to 03:30 Custodial Duties Cleans floors and carpets, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet extraction Wash windows, glass partitions, and mirrors Sanitizes restrooms and replenishes paper products, soap, and other supplies Removes trash and recyclable materials from receptacles and disposes of them properly Performs high cleaning using hi-lifts, extension poles, scaffolding, and ladders Routine Building Maintenance Duties Uses compressors for pressure washing of walkways, entrances, and exterior surfaces Performs minor, non-licensed plumbing repairs, such as replacing washers, controlling leaks, unplugging drinking fountains, and tightening faucets Performs limited small repairs to doors, partitions, and other building equipment Equipment Use Uses a variety of equipment, including standard and back-pack vacuums, carpet extractors, and floor buffers General Requirements Able to pass a TSA background check Valid Drivers License and Clean MVR May be required to lift heavy objects and equipment up to 40lbs Actively supports and respects individuals from different backgrounds in the workplace Performs other related duties as assigned Special Preferences Disability, Veteran, Disabled Veteran Hire Process Once we have received a completed application, we will reach out to you by email and/or text to set up a phone screening to discuss your qualifications About DPI Staffing DPI Staffing, a division of The DPI Group, offers temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire job opportunities with top employers.
