Fairmount Foundry is seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to perform general cleaning and janitorial duties throughout our offices and manufacturing facility. We offer flexible scheduling during normal office hours and are willing to work with the right candidate to establish a mutually agreeable schedule. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with opportunities for increases based on skills, reliability, and demonstrated performance. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms throughout the office and manufacturing facility. - Restock restroom supplies as needed. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Empty trash cans and dispose of waste. Dust and clean offices, furniture, and common areas. Sanitize door handles, light switches, and frequently touched surfaces. Maintain cleanliness of refrigerators, microwaves, locker rooms, and other designated spaces. Monitor cleaning supplies and report when additional supplies are needed. Perform other general cleaning and housekeeping duties as assigned. This list is not all-inclusive. Additional cleaning and housekeeping responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Qualifications Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good time management and organizational skills. Willingness to take initiative and address cleaning needs without constant direction. Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting cleaning supplies. Comfortable working in an active industrial environment. What We Offer Flexible weekday scheduling. 20-25 hours per week. Starting pay of $17.00 per hour. Opportunity for pay increases based on demonstrated skills and performance.
