Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met consistently Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery effectively Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces to maintain a dust-free environment Maintain organized cleaning schedules and manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated periods Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial work, with knowledge of janitorial practices preferred Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and carpet cleaning tools Strong understanding of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques including mopping and polishing Knowledge of cleaning detergents and sanitation products along with proper handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about their needs and preferences Ability to perform outdoor work when necessary for patio or yard cleaning tasks Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple residences Join us in creating pristine living environments that bring comfort and happiness to our clients!
