Role:

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Industrial Cleaning Pusher to lead and support our cleaning crews. This role involves hands-on participation in cleaning frac tanks, confined space entry, washing out end dump trucks and vacuum trucks, cleaning heavy equipment, and operating high-pressure washing equipment. In addition, the Pusher will oversee daily operations, ensure team members follow safety protocols, and make sure all work is completed efficiently and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily work of cleaning crew members. Safely clean and maintain frac tanks, trucks, and heavy equipment. Enter confined spaces and ensure crew members follow all safety protocols. Operate and oversee proper use of high-pressure washing equipment. Monitor progress and keep projects on schedule to meet daily and weekly deadlines. Train and guide crew members on best practices and safe work procedures. Conduct safety checks and enforce use of proper PPE at all times. Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized work environment. Communicate with management regarding crew performance, progress, and any issues. Lead by example, working alongside the crew as needed.

Requirements:

Prior supervisory or crew leadership experience in industrial cleaning or similar field preferred. Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Must be punctual, dependable, and safety-minded. Comfortable working in confined spaces. Physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks. Experience with high-pressure washing equipment preferred. Must wear required PPE at all times: H2S monitor, safety vest, steel-toe waterproof boots, safety glasses, and hard hat.
