We are looking for someone who already has professional window cleaning experience and can confidently handle residential jobs with minimal supervision.

Pay:

$20-$30 per hour, based on experience and performance

Hours:

Approximately 35-45 hours per week

Schedule:

Consistent daytime work Responsibilities Exterior and interior residential window cleaning Traditional squeegee window cleaning Water-fed pole window cleaning Removing, cleaning, and reinstalling screens Cleaning frames, tracks, and sills Safely using ladders on one- and two-story homes Maintaining equipment and keeping work areas clean Communicating professionally with customers Completing jobs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards What We're Looking For Previous professional window cleaning experience strongly preferred Experience with water-fed poles and traditional window cleaning methods Comfortable working on ladders and two-story homes Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Dependable and able to show up consistently Strong attention to detail Good customer service and communication skills Able to work independently once trained on our process What We Provide Consistent jobs Customers and scheduling provided Equipment provided No door knocking or selling required Opportunity for more hours as the company grows Advancement opportunities for reliable technicians We are especially interested in applicants who have previously worked for a professional window cleaning company or have significant residential window cleaning experience.
