Position Summary:

The overall purpose of the Janitor is to help maintain a clean nursing facility.

Qualification:

Janitorial experience preferred, but not required. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively. Willingness to perform routines and repetitive tasks. Ability to operate small machinery. Ability to perform physical tasks and be able to lift up to 75-100 pounds.

Essential Functions:

Maintain floors within the facility. Picks up and removes trash inside and outside of the facility. Cleans all public areas. Provides preventative maintenance to floor machines.
