Job Overview The Professional Cleaning Technician will be a key member of the MVP Network and will have many opportunities to grow. You will be responsible for providing cleaning services to homes, businesses, and rental properties. Professional cleaning experience is appreciated although it is not necessary. Every new team member goes through our 2-3 week training to get cleaners up to speed on MVP's cleaning standards. MVP's heart is to serve its customers, thus we are looking for individuals who are hard working, enthusiastic, and dedicated to serving the customer. Compensation & Benefits Starting at $20-25hr Cleaners can receive tips Responsibilities & Duties Provide high-quality home services such as dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, etc.

Provide excellent customer service including:

Reviewing cleaning services with customer prior to working Arriving at least 5 minutes early to greet the customer with excitement Performing final walk throughs after cleaning is complete to ensure the customer is thrilled Ensure your cleaning supplies are stocked before starting the day Qualifications Punctual Honest, trustworthy, and dependable Enthusiastic Desire to grow Communication skills Physical ability to work with your hands and be on your feet for extended periods Must be able to provide mop and vacuum English speaking Location This is an in-person role and you'll need to be able to work in Utah, Davis Or SLC County.
