Dynamic Labor LLC is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Weekend Janitor for a federal janitorial contract with the USDA Forest Service, Ashley National Forest, in Vernal, Utah. This is a steady, long-term part-time position (1-year contract with up to 4 option years). Pay & Benefits

• $17.34/hr base wage + $5.42/hr Health & Welfare = $22.76/hr total
• About 40 hours per month (approximately $910/month)
• Paid sick leave (1 hour for every 30 hours worked)
• Paid federal holidays (prorated)
• Cleaning supplies and equipment provided Schedule
• Every weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday)
• About 9-10 hours per weekend
• Flexible start time; suggested 8:00 AM
• 5:30 PM
• No weekday daytime work (all work is done outside government office hours)

• Vernal Warehouse Offices & Restrooms
• 298 S 500 E (approx. 2,500 sq ft) Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, partitions, and showers
• Remove hard water and calcium buildup from fixtures
• Restock toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap
• Empty trash and recycling and replace liners
• Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop hard floors
• Dust desks, counters, filing cabinets, blinds, and picture frames
• Clean door glass, drinking fountains, and break room/kitchen counters
• Spot-clean walls and remove cobwebs
• Check the employee feedback sheet each visit and address requested items
• Lock all doors, turn off lights, and secure buildings before leaving
• Report maintenance issues, plumbing problems, or safety hazards Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation (required to travel between two Vernal locations each weekend; mileage not reimbursed)
• Must live in or near Vernal, UT
• Must pass a federal background check and fingerprinting to receive a government ID card (LincPass)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must complete short annual online trainings required by the Forest Service
• Must follow federal building security rules, including key control, not disturbing desks or papers, and wearing contractor ID at all times
• Dependable, honest, and able to work independently without supervision
• Working cell phone Preferred
• Commercial or janitorial cleaning experience
