Key Responsibilities:

Travel to residential properties in the 7 cities of Hampton Roads to perform thorough cleaning services based on the job's scope. Carry out standard, deep cleaning, moving cleans, and commercial cleaning tasks, including but not limited to: Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors Dusting surfaces and baseboards Cleaning kitchens and appliances (interior and exterior areas) Cleaning all areas of the interior living spaces of the home Tidying rooms and organizing spaces as needed Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, professionalism, and client satisfaction. Notify the company of any issues or client feedback after each job. Communicate clearly and promptly regarding availability and job status. Ensure your cleaning supplies are stocked, safe, and ready for each job.

Requirements:

Must have experience in a residential cleaning setting. Must have your own personal transportation to travel to and from job sites. Must bring all company provided cleaning supplies and equipment to each job. Reliable smartphone for scheduling, navigation, communication, and check ins. Availability to work full time; appointments may be scheduled any day of the week, including weekends. Strong time management and ability to complete jobs efficiently without compromising quality. Trustworthy, friendly, and professional demeanor when interacting with clients. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, reaching, and moving throughout the workday. Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass any required background screening.
