Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment Handle custodial tasks such as trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and surface sanitation to ensure a hygienic environment Operate commercial cleaning equipment including floor buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums with adherence to safety protocols Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention and ensure compliance with sanitation standards Safely handle chemical agents following chemical handling safety procedures and maintain proper storage of cleaning supplies Assist with light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or minor repairs as needed Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting and manual handling activities to prevent injury and ensure safe lifting practices Support facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or hazards promptly to the appropriate personnel Qualifications Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and custodial equipment operation Experience handling chemical agents safely and understanding chemical handling safety procedures Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Familiarity with floor care processes including buffing, polishing, and floor maintenance tools Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and work independently or as part of a team Join us in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment!
