Why This Role Matters At Didlake, our Janitors help create clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our customers while supporting our mission of providing meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Every day, your work contributes to the success of our customers and your team. What You Will Do Clean offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned spaces. Empty trash and recycling and restock supplies. Safely operate custodial equipment and cleaning products. Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies. Report equipment or facility issues to your supervisor. Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
What You Bring Education & Experience High school diploma/GED preferred or six (6) months of custodial or housekeeping experience. Skills & Abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies. Ability to obtain required background clearance or facility access credentials, if required. Have a valid driver's license and be insurable under Didlake's automobile policy. Requirements include but are not limited to a minimum of 3 years of licensed driving and being at least 25 years old. Must have a valid Real ID for access to the work site.
