What You Will Do Supervise daily custodial operations and assign work to team members. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and contract compliance. Train, coach, and develop custodial employees. Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment. Monitor equipment, supplies, and workplace safety. Support employees with disabilities through coaching and workplace guidance. Communicate regularly with employees and management to ensure operational success. Help maintain exceptional customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.

Requirements:

You understand the importance of delivering quality service while supporting employee growth and development. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Two 2+ years of custodial, commercial cleaning, facilities, or environmental services experience. Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred Skills & Abilities Leadership and employee coaching Commercial custodial knowledge Quality inspections and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service mindset Safety and OSHA awareness Basic Microsoft Office and mobile technology skills Problem-solving and organizational abilities Ability to support employees with disabilities Ability to pass required background screening Have a valid driver's license and be insurable under Didlake's automobile policy. Requirements include but are not limited to a minimum of 3 years of licensed driving and being at least 25 years old. Must have a valid Real ID for access to the work site.
