A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

What You Will Do Supervise daily custodial operations and assign work to team members. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and contract compliance. Train, coach, and develop custodial employees. Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment. Monitor equipment, supplies, and workplace safety. Support employees with disabilities through coaching and workplace guidance. Communicate regularly with employees and management to ensure operational success. Help maintain exceptional customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
