Onsite Job Description Custodian/Janitor

Highgate Springs, VT We are working with a leading facility services company who maintains the operations and maintenance onsite at US Courthouses and federal facilities across the nation. This role would be a stationary role from Monday - Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm, with one weekend per month for 4 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional cleaning and sanitizing services for commercial or government buildings.

Perform hard surface floor care including carpet cleaning, shampoo/extraction, vinyl/tiling treatment, and use of high-speed floor equipment and floor scrubbers.

Maintain office cleanliness through sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and removing trash/recycling.

Sanitize office spaces, breakrooms, and restrooms to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years' experience in general commercial or government building cleaning, including sanitizing.

Expertise in hard surface floor care and all-purpose floor cleaning.

Ability to perform general office cleaning tasks efficiently and professionally. This role is offering $21.00/hour, plus an additional $8.50/hour toward health and welfare benefits.
