Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning the hood and ducts ensuring a safe environment for our clients. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Duties:

• clean hoods ducts fans filters per NFPA 96 fire code
• clean kitchen equipment, stoves, walls, ceilings and floors
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Follow established safety guidelines and protocols
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
• Use hot and cold pressure washing equipment
• This job requires you to use ladders and go onto roofs
• This is a dirty job but has lots of opportunity for advancement
• We also have lots of prevailing wage work @54.00

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hood cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as Pressure washers and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Skills:

• Knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment repair
• Familiarity with schematics and diagrams for troubleshooting purposes
• Experience in appliance repair or HVAC/R is a plus
• Ability to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations
