In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality exterior and industrial cleaning services using our pressure washing equipment. Your efforts will help maintain the cleanliness and safety of various commercial, industrial, and outdoor spaces. Responsibilities Operate pressure washing equipment to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other outdoor surfaces efficiently and safely Use hand tools and cleaning equipment to remove dirt, grime, mold, graffiti, and other stubborn stains from various surfaces Perform duct cleaning, floor buffing, and industrial cleaning tasks as required to ensure comprehensive sanitation standards are met Adhere strictly to safety protocols by wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including gloves, goggles, and respirators when necessary Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of equipment and supplies to facilitate thorough cleaning operations Follow safety procedures for ladder use when accessing elevated areas; use fire extinguishers in case of emergencies during work activities Maintain detailed records of completed tasks, safety inspections, and equipment maintenance logs Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with pressure washing or similar industrial cleaning tasks Ability to operate pressure washers safely and effectively across different environments Knowledge of safety protocol adherence, including proper PPE usage and ladder safety practices Familiarity with hand tools, cleaning equipment, and basic maintenance procedures Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and extended periods of outdoor activity Strong customer service skills to communicate professionally with clients during service delivery Experience with duct cleaning, floor buffing, or fire extinguisher use is a plus but not mandatory Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining a lively work pace Join our team today if you're ready to bring energy to your work while ensuring spaces are spotless and safe!
