Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment Handle chemical agents safely by following proper chemical handling safety procedures and safety protocol adherence Conduct light to medium lifting and manual handling tasks to move supplies, or equipment as needed Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring proper waste disposal practices Operate custodial equipment efficiently to ensure proper floor care and overall cleanliness Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as communicating minor repairs to support overall building upkeep Follow safety guidelines consistently to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment for all team members Skills Proven cleaning and custodial experience with knowledge of commercial or residential cleaning procedures Skilled in handling chemical agents safely and understanding chemical handling safety procedures Experience operating cleaning equipment like vacuums and other custodial tools Strong manual handling skills with an emphasis on safe lifting practices and heavy lifting techniques Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors when needed Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks including communicating basic repairs Ability to adhere to safety protocols diligently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation Join us in creating pristine environments that foster productivity and comfort!
