Duties include trash and recycling removal, vacuuming, dusting, glass and surface cleaning, restocking and organizing supplies, and light exterior tasks such as sidewalk snow removal. The role works mostly on foot in a warehouse and office setting and requires safely lifting, pushing, and moving materials. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of office areas, main lobby, restrooms, showers, lunchroom, and break rooms. Remove trash and recycling nightly and ensure proper disposal procedures. Vacuum, dust, and clean glass doors and interior windows on a regular schedule. Adjust cleaning tasks to minimize noise and disruption during business and contact center hours. Monitor cleaning supply inventory and recommend or request replenishment as needed. Clear snow from sidewalks and entryways as needed to support safe access. Safely move equipment and materials, including pushing carts and lifting items over 20 lbs. Follow safety procedures while working in warehouse and office areas and using cleaning equipment.
