Position Objective:

Due to continued growth, Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high security and commercial facilities, is looking for Part-Time employees to perform cleaning and maintenance services for our clients throughout Northern Virginia. and West Virgina.

Job Summary:

The purpose of the High-Security Cleaning Technician is to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in high-security facilities. This role requires a dedicated individual with a strong commitment to safety, security, and excellence in customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Disinfecting and sanitizing common areas and high-touch points High and low dusting, scrubbing, and polishing Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors Restocking supplies and inventory Emptying and disposing of trash and recycling bins Vacuuming, mopping, dust mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing floors Cleaning and polishing furniture, fixtures, and elevators Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors Physical demands may include the following on a regular basis: Walking and standing Climbing Bending forward Wearing hip/backpack vacuum Reaching, grasping, pushing, and pulling Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulder

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Must have a valid real I.D. compliant Identification or Driver's License Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodations. Able to consistently work scheduled days and hours. Commitment to safety policies and procedures Superior customer service skills Ability to understand oral and written instructions Willing to go above and beyond to support the team in exceeding our customers' expectations
