We are seeking a reliable Commercial Cleaner to join our team in Williamstown, WV every Thursday for approximately 5 hours then 2.5 hours of work alternating, with a start time between 1:00PM to 1:30PM then after 5:00PM every other Thursday. We're looking for someone who lives in Williamstown, WV. Thursday 17th would be two jobs which are both about 2.5 hrs. Then the following Thurs is one job. It alternates like that. Drive time from job to job is paid. You would get paid from the time you clock in at first job until you clock out at last. Pending you go directly from job to job. You'll have keys and will be sole person responsible for cleanliness of buildings. Tasks always include floors, trash and bathrooms. Additional tasks vary by account and notes will be available for each booking on a digital app we use. We also take pictures and upload after every job to show we got all the trash, mopped all floors and cleaned and stocked all bathrooms. We upload before and after photos of vacuum canister to show how much we removed that day. Reliable transportation is a must. Good background check. Starting pay is $14/hr with $1.00/hr raise after 90 days and another after first year. Paid time off and bonuses offered. You work alone on commercial. Paid training. Supplies provided. Paid every Friday via direct deposit. Must have working phone with data to clock in and out, see booking notes, upload pictures etc...
