Summary of Position:

Responsible for food preparation, cleanliness, sanitation, day-to-day organization, stocking of stations and closely following directions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Set up cook station and prepare all food items in a timely manner. Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications. Restock, clean, maintain and restock cook station items as needed throughout the shift. Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, refrigerators and all storage areas, adhering to proper food storage procedures. Keep track of and report all food that is wasted. Ensure compliance with all Company policies and laws, including health and safety standards. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management staff.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience (Pizzerias preferred) Must have clear communication skills Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
