IPO BBQ is looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Server / Cashier to join our front-of-house team. The Role Server / Cashier — You'll be responsible for welcoming guests, operating the cash register, taking and processing orders, assembling plates, preparing drinks, and helping ensure every customer has a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment they order to the moment they receive their food.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting customers and providing friendly, attentive service Taking customer orders and accurately operating the cash register/POS system Processing cash and card payments accurately Assembling plates and ensuring orders are complete and presented according to our standards Preparing drinks and other front-of-house items Keeping the counter, dining area, and service stations clean, organized, and well-stocked Communicating clearly with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely Assisting teammates during high-volume periods Following proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Assisting with opening, closing, and end-of-shift cleaning Compensation & Schedule $18 per hour Up to 29 hours per week Morning and night shifts available Flexible scheduling Perks Meals included during your shift A collaborative work environment where hard work is recognized What We're Looking For Prior restaurant, cashier, or customer service experience preferred Friendly and positive attitude when interacting with customers Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders and handling payments Reliable, punctual, and a team-first attitude Ability to communicate clearly and work well with kitchen and front-of-house staff A genuine passion for great food and hospitality About
