Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, adhering to safety and quality standards. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer transactions accurately. Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance their experience. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitation of kitchen equipment and dining areas. Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and manage retail sales transactions. Assist with food safety management by following proper handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Support food service activities such as bussing tables, stocking supplies, and ensuring quick service delivery. Qualifications Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and operating kitchen equipment is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math calculations.
