Working as an on-shift supervisor as well as being able to prep and fulfill inventory and ordering duties are required. Strong leadership and organization skills are beneficial for this position.

Job Duties:

Maintain kitchen safety and kitchen sanitation programs and procedures. Abide by all State, Federal, and Company requirements for safely serving food Maintain food quality standards as set by the Kitchen Manager and ownership group. Communicate inventories with Kitchen Manager to ensure timely food order placement. Delegate and direct kitchen staff in all food preparation, cleaning, and maintenance tasks Ensure outgoing food meets all quality standards as set by the Kitchen Manager and ownership group Independently operate kitchen, including opening and closing Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning & maintenance tasks Job Duties - Training Coach and develop kitchen staff on proper food handling and preparation techniques Communicate issues regarding quality, staff challenges, and other unforeseen challenges to the Kitchen Manager. Work conditions/requirements Ability to lift 35-50 lbs Ability to stand for 8 or more hours of time Ability to bend and stoop Ability to work indoors in warm and/or hot environments Flexible Schedule, including nights and weekends Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and be able to answer guest questions regarding each Current positions available: Kitchen Lead - $18/hr + $10-14/hr in tips To apply, please stop in with a resume or email us a resume.
