Full Job Description Sushi Helper Job Responsibilities & Schedule Sushi Packaging & Labeling:
Pack rolled sushi into display boxes, seal them securely, and apply the correct price and detail labels and prepare Sushi Rice.
Prep Work & Ingredients:
Shred cucumber, carrots, and other vegetables as needed. Prepare and restock all necessary ingredients and supplies for the next day.
Customer Service:
Assist customers at the counter in a friendly and helpful manner.
Cleaning & Sanitation:
Wash and sanitize sushi containers, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a clean workspace.
Work Shift & Breaks:
The first 4 hours require continuous, non-stop work. During the 8-hour shift, you get a 30-minute meal break and two 10-minute rest breaks.
Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
