Job Summary Fairways Bar & Grill at Windham Golf Course is looking for a dependable team member to join our Food & Beverage Staff. This dynamic position requires work in our full-service restaurant, banquets and special events, and help serve guests and our driving range. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in the restaurant, banquet spaces and driving range Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system Serve food promptly while maintaining high presentation and service standards Assist with banquet setup, service, and cleanup for private events and tournaments Prepare and serve snacks, beverages and food items at the driving range. Maintain clean, organized dining, bar, banquet and service areas Follow all food safety, sanitation and health regulations Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service Support teammates wherever needed to help provide a seamless guest experience Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preffered Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Comfortable working in a variety of settings, including restaurant dining, banquet and outdoor service areas Reliable, dependable, and able tow work evenings and weekends Strong teamwork and communication skills

$17.00 per hour
