You'll play a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting food preparation and service. All roles are paid positions, offering valuable hands-on experience in the food industry. Duties Assist with food preparation, ensuring ingredients are ready and properly stored Support cash handling and cashiering duties using Square POS systems Serve customers efficiently at the window or counter, providing friendly and attentive service Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Help with food handling and packaging to ensure quality and safety standards are met Support quick service operations by managing time effectively during busy periods Skills Experience in food preparation, food handling, or working in a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment Familiarity with POS systems for cashiering and sales transactions Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and grocery store operations Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations Previous restaurant or café experience is highly desirable Embark on an energetic journey with us where every day brings new opportunities to serve great food and create memorable experiences.
