ABOUT THE ROLE

Olivar 305 is a new restaurant opening in Key Biscayne, and we're looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team from day one. You'll work alongside our cooks preparing ingredients, supporting the line during service, and keeping the kitchen clean, organized and running smoothly. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prep ingredients: washing, peeling, chopping, portioning Support the line during service and assist with basic cooking tasks Receive and organize deliveries, rotate product, label and date Keep stations, equipment and walk-ins clean and up to health code Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous kitchen experience preferred, but we'll train the right person Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs Availability for nights, weekends and holidays Reliable and on time, every shift English or Spanish — both welcome Food Handler certification a plus (we'll help you get it)

SCHEDULE

Full-time and part-time available. Nights and weekends required.

- Nueva apertura en Key Biscayne Olivar 305 abre sus puertas en Key Biscayne y buscamos un Ayudante de Cocina para formar parte del equipo desde el primer día. Trabajarás junto a nuestros cocineros preparando ingredientes, apoyando la línea durante el servicio y manteniendo la cocina limpia y organizada.

RESPONSABILIDADES

Preparación de ingredientes: lavado, pelado, cortado y porcionado Apoyo en la línea durante el servicio Recepción y rotación de mercancía Limpieza de estaciones, equipos y cámaras según normas sanitarias

REQUISITOS

Experiencia previa en cocina deseable; entrenamos a la persona correcta Capacidad de estar de pie turnos largos y levantar hasta 50 lbs Disponibilidad noches, fines de semana y feriados Puntualidad y responsabilidad Inglés o español
