We are hiring Restaurant Team Members for both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) positions. Team members may be cross-trained in multiple areas of the restaurant based on experience and business needs. No extensive restaurant experience is required for the right person. We value attitude, reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Depending on your position, responsibilities may include: Providing friendly and professional guest service Taking and preparing customer orders Operating the POS/register system Preparing and assembling food according to Southern Luv standards Maintaining clean and organized work areas Following food safety and sanitation procedures Restocking food, supplies, and service areas Working efficiently during busy periods Communicating effectively with managers and other team members Opening and/or closing the restaurant as scheduled Helping create a positive environment for both guests and coworkers What We're Looking For We're looking for team members who are: Dependable and punctual Friendly and guest-focused Positive and energetic Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to work well as part of a team Willing to learn and take direction Committed to cleanliness and food safety Available for a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends Restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required Why Join Southern Luv?
