Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic person to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen and dining areas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Duties Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients. Bus tables by clearing away dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils to maintain a clean dining area. Support the kitchen staff with basic cooking tasks when necessary. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including dining rooms, restrooms, and kitchen spaces. Ensure proper food handling practices are followed to maintain safety and hygiene standards. Assist with banquet setups and breakdowns as required during special events or catering services. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices. Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining a tidy work environment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving guests
