Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pizza and Sauté Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas and sautéed dishes while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Sauté various ingredients to create flavorful dishes while ensuring proper cooking techniques are followed. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients with precision using proper knife skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery during busy service periods. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating any needs to the kitchen manager. Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A team player who is willing to help others and contribute positively to the kitchen atmosphere.
