Responsibilities Assist with food preparation including dough handling, topping assembly, and ingredient organization to ensure timely pizza production. Operate POS systems for processing customer orders, sales transactions, and cash handling accurately. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by regularly cleaning equipment, surfaces, and adhering to food safety standards. Manage customer orders efficiently by taking orders accurately, upselling menu items, and ensuring prompt service delivery. Operate kitchen equipment safely including ovens, mixers, and other food prep tools to support smooth kitchen operations. Process cash transactions, give correct change, and handle retail sales transactions with professionalism. Support the team in maintaining a welcoming environment through excellent customer service and quick response to guest needs. Skills Proven experience in food preparation and food handling within quick service or fast-food restaurants. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining quality standards. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow sanitation protocols diligently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest experiences. Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
