Duties Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of chefs and kitchen supervisors. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices. Buss tables and assist with dishwashing to ensure a clean dining environment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with team members and guests. Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards to ensure high-quality food production. Participate in ongoing training to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking techniques, food preparation, and safety protocols. Experience in banquet service or hotel kitchens is a plus. Culinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory; we welcome those eager to learn. Strong communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and guest interactions.
