Job Description

Job Summary Mim's Mediterranean Grill is in search of an Evening Supervisor who is available five nights a week (2pm-9pm). Sundays and Holidays off. Pay starts at $20-$21 per hour

) Peace, Love & Mim's <3 Duties Overall cooking responsibilities (grill, fryer, line). Prep work in kitchen. Conduct regular inspections of work areas to verify quality of cleaning, safety adherence, and proper use of equipment. Train new staff on safety protocols, food prep, cooking and cleaning techniques. Take customer orders in person and over the phone, providing quality customer service. Responsible for closing procedures, daily sales cash report and counting down the drawer. Proven experience working in a fast paced, quick service kitchen environment. Ability to work well with others and be a team leader. Demonstrates leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively. Excellent communication skills. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods.

Pay:

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
