Job Description
We're looking for a kitchen assistant who can help with food preparation, serving and clean-up on various shifts throughout the week. The successful candidate will have experience in the kitchen working with a team and will have strong communication skills as well as an aptitude to learn new recipes quickly and follow our established protocols. Also, a good candidate will be a team player who will work for co-workers when they need time off.
Responsibilities:
Help ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen. Perform food preparation and cleaning duties. Work individually or with a team of other cooks and kitchen assistants to prepare meals. Clean dishes, pots, tables, and other surfaces in the kitchen and dining area. Keep a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents and other staff. Day, evening and weekend hours available. Approximately 3-5 shifts per week. Candidates must be able to pass state-required background check.Job Type:
