Job Overview Kitchen Crew Member Pay:

Starting at $10.00/hour for candidates with no previous kitchen experience. Starting pay may be higher based on previous restaurant or kitchen experience. We are looking for dependable, hardworking Kitchen Crew Members to join our restaurant team! This position is open to both experienced kitchen employees and individuals looking to gain their first restaurant experience. We are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Prepare food according to restaurant recipes and quality standards

• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Properly store and rotate food products
• Keep kitchen equipment and work areas clean
• Work efficiently during busy periods
• Communicate effectively with other members of the kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Follow all restaurant policies and procedures
• Assist with opening, closing, and other general kitchen duties as needed Qualifications
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required
• No experience necessary — we are willing to train
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work as part of a team
• Able to follow directions and maintain food safety standards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties required in a restaurant kitchen Pay & Experience Starting pay is $10.
