PM Job Description:

Prepare, process, inspect, package, and serve food products according to established recipes, quality standards, and company procedures. Perform daily ingredient preparation, including washing, cutting, measuring, mixing, portioning, and storing ingredients. Operate and maintain kitchen and food-processing equipment safely and efficiently, following operating instructions and safety procedures. Ensure food is prepared and handled in accordance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, preparation areas, utensils, equipment, and storage areas.
