Some examples of Team Member include the following positions; Barista, Deli Person, Dishwasher, Grill, General Worker, Pizza Station, Server, Permanent Sub, Sub, Utility Person _____________________________________________________________________________ Reports to: Manager _____________________________________________________________________________ Description As a Pomptonian Team Member, you are asked to assist in cold food production (salads, sandwiches, etc.), assist the cooks, serve the customers, maintain a sanitary environment and help with production records. You must be willing to back up other Team Members in their jobs and assist in any area. Team Members should demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude while delivering superior customer service. All Team Members must follow the guidelines of the Bureau of Child Nutrition. Typical hours per day are 2.5 hours to 6 hours. Our job is to prepare pleasing meals and serve our customers with the utmost courtesy and professionalism in an appetizing environment. Any task that is needed to obtain this goal is the job of every Pomptonian employee. Should anyone complete their normal routine, they should be looking for ways to assist their teammates.
