Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of grilled foods, including classic breakfast sandwiches, and specialty items, following established recipes and safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station to ensure efficient workflow and food safety compliance Assist with menu planning by suggesting new grilled items and seasonal specials to keep offerings fresh and appealing. Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to health regulations and safety standards to guarantee customer safety Support the team in serving customers promptly and courteously, providing excellent food service experience Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when stock needs replenishing Experience Proven experience as a grill cook or in a similar culinary role within a busy restaurant or deli environment Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols Experience with menu planning and creating appealing grilled dishes that meet customer preferences Skilled in knife handling, meal preparation, and food presentation to ensure visually appealing dishes Prior kitchen experience within the food industry or catering services will support your success in this role Join us as an Experienced Grill Person and bring your culinary talents to life!
