HEAD CHEF / KITCHEN LEAD MINT

is looking for a talented, upbeat Head Chef or Kitchen Lead to join our purpose driven, farm to table scratch kitchen. This position is focused primarily on excellent execution of our established menu, with minimal menu design. Responsibilities include inventory, kitchen organization, maintaining cleanliness and food quality, teaching and managing the kitchen team, and collaborating positively with the front of house. You will work under our Executive Chef based at MINT Glens Falls. We are looking for someone who is a talented chef, experienced, dependable, clean, kind, and genuinely enjoys building a strong team!

Schedule:

Dinner Service Wednesday through Saturday, four nights per week, beginning around 2:00 PM and working until close. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and may be hourly or salary.
