Flexible availability required This is an active, loud, open-kitchen job with classic rock playing in the background. You will rotate through every station, from morning prep to the grill and evening close. It fits someone who communicates constantly on the floor, likes staying on their feet, and can reliably arrive 15 minutes early for every scheduled shift. Qualifications to

Willingness and ability to travel to multiple store locations (qualifies for a higher pay rate) Your Daily Work Prep fresh ingredients during morning shifts before the store opens. Cook food on the grill following strict quality and safety rules. Communicate orders out loud to the team to keep the food line moving. Take customer orders and process payments at the front register. Complete evening closing checklists, sweep floors, and clean the kitchen. Compensation & Perks Base hourly pay plus extras (totaling up to $16.33 per hour) Customer tips (up to $50.00 per week) Promotion bonuses paid out twice a week (up to $50.00 per week) Higher pay rate available for employees who can drive to multiple locations Flexible scheduling for full-time or part-time hours Direct cross-training on all restaurant positions This Job Is Open to applicants without a high school diploma or GED.
